Job Summary :
The Accounting Assistant (OJT) will provide support to the Finance and Accounting Department in daily operations. The trainee will gain hands-on experience in accounting processes such as bookkeeping, billing, inventory monitoring, and financial documentation — contributing to the company’s mission of providing efficient and reliable tire supply and repair services.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Assist in recording day-to-day financial transactions (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.)
Support in preparing invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
Help in maintaining accurate and organized accounting files and documents.
Assist in reconciling accounts and checking supporting documents for accuracy.
Participate in inventory monitoring and reporting of tire supplies and repair materials.
Encode financial data into accounting systems or spreadsheets.
Support payroll preparation and petty cash liquidation (as needed).
Perform other accounting-related tasks assigned by the supervisor or finance officer.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
With good attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel or basic accounting software is an advantage.
Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Willing to work onsite.
