Job description

JOB SUMMARY : Directs production, distribution, and marketing operations for branch plant,

or assigned territory of industrial organization.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree

  • With at least five (5) years experience as a Sales Manager
  • With at least ten (10) years' experience as a Manager
  • Preferable with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment or laundry machine
  • Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, and air-conditioning
  • With experience in after-sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation,

inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management

  • With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal oriented, good strategic planning, and organizing skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies,

    • principles, and procedures established by Assistant Vice President - Sales

  • Cofers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote

    • improved and expanded services in area

  • Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
  • Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control

    • programs to maintain and enhanced profitable operation of division

  • Reviews operations of competing organizations and plans and directs sales program to

    • develop new markets

  • Directs preparation of accounting records
  • Recommends budget to management
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
