REQUIREMENTS:
️Proficient in Mandarin and English
️Bachelor’s Degree if any course
️At least 2 years of claims experience for a back-office healthcare or financial account

RESPONSIBILITIES:
️Process claims by screening the requirements.
️Checking if the documents submitted followed the guidelines.
️Encode the needed information on the system for documentation.
️Confirm if the requirements adhere to the service level agreement.
️Double check the policy information with the request’s copy.
