IT and Cloud Engineer

Position Overview : An IT and Cloud Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing an organization's IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems.

• ​Work Schedule and Arrangement : Graveyard and Morning, Onsite   Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu   Key Responsibilities : Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware Respond to queries either in person, over the phone, or through email Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Troubleshoot network connectivity issues Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, network, printers and scanners Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly Provide support for the implementation of new technologies Work within a ticketing system to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
