QS / Estimator - Stone / Tile works

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor specializing in stone and marble works , with proven experience in hotel and casino projects and Middle East (GCC) projects . The ideal candidate has strong technical and commercial expertise, excellent cost control skills, and is highly proficient in PlanSwift and Microsoft Excel . Immediate availability is required.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and take-offs specifically for stone and marble works

Perform detailed quantity take-offs using PlanSwift

• Prepare cost plans, budgets, and cash flow forecasts
• Evaluate variations, claims, and change orders related to stone and marble scopes
• Coordinate with design, drafting, and project teams to ensure accurate quantities and pricing
• Support tendering, subcontractor evaluations, and commercial negotiations
• Monitor project costs and report on financial performance
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and international standards

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

Minimum 8–12 years relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in PlanSwift (required)

Very good to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, cost analysis, reporting)
