QS / Estimator - Stone / Tile works

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a specialization in stone and marble works to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects related to stone / marble / granite, and be highly proficient in Planswift, Quantity Take and BOQ.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage quantity surveying tasks for stone and marble projects.
• Prepare and analyze BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project cost estimates.
• Utilize Planswift or Bluebeam for efficient project measurement and cost management.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Handle tendering processes and contract negotiations.
