Position Title : Bancassurance Sales Executive

Job Summary :

This role is bank branch-based and involves offering tailored financial advice to clients regarding insurance and investment products. As a trusted partner in the branch, you will identify customer needs, provide sound financial recommendations, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Build relationships and collaborate with bank staff to generate referrals and client leads.
Conduct professional financial needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance and investment products.
Provide personalized advice to walk-in clients and bank customers on financial protection and wealth accumulation.
Educate clients about insurance, savings, and investment-linked plans aligned with their goals.
Ensure a seamless sales process from consultation to application and post-sale support.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients through excellent after-sales service and regular follow-ups.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Comply with regulatory and company standards and maintain complete and accurate documentation.

Qualifications :

A graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.

With at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, banking, or insurance.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Proactive and sales-driven with a passion for helping others.

Willing to be assigned at a designated bank branch location.

Licensed financial advisor or insurance agent is a plus (training and licensing support available).
