We’re now looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our growing Sales Support Team. This role will have a dedicated focus on the operational and administrative tasks associated with sales and marketing outreach campaigns, ensuring our sales team can engage effectively with the right customers at the right time.
Key Responsibilities :
- Target Account List Management – Build, curate, and maintain target account lists aligned with sales priorities, campaigns, and AWS partnership objectives.
- Data Enrichment & Prospecting – Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, and other enrichment platforms to source and verify accurate contact data for outreach campaigns.
- CRM Data Accuracy – Ensure all contact and company records in HubSpot are accurate, enriched, and correctly segmented for targeted engagement.
- Campaign Coordination – Support the setup, scheduling, and delivery of email and LinkedIn outreach sequences, ensuring alignment between marketing and sales.
- Outreach Performance Tracking – Monitor and report on outreach engagement metrics (e.g., response rates, data quality issues, bounced emails) to inform improvements.
- Sales Tool Enablement – Maintain and optimise the use of sales tools and platforms to streamline prospecting workflows.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing – Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with active campaigns, events, or AWS initiatives.
- Administrative Support – Handle campaign-related administrative tasks such as uploading data, managing lists, updating dashboards, and tracking campaign status.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve data workflows, outreach efficiency, and CRM practices.
- Global Outreach Support – Provide consistent operational support to account managers across Cloud Bridge’s international regions.
- Ad Hoc Support - Handle ad hoc support requests from line managers, providing timely and effective responses to emerging needs.
