We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Mid Manual QA to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have strong testing skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for ensuring software quality through comprehensive manual testing processes.

📍 Location : Muntinlupa, Philippines

⏰ Work Mode :  Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

💼 Role : Mid Manual QA

What You'll Do :

🎯 Execute comprehensive manual testing across web and mobile applications

📊 Create and maintain detailed test cases and documentation

🐛 Identify, report, and track software defects and issues

🤝 Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality standards

📋 Perform regression, functional, and user acceptance testing

🔍 Analyze requirements and provide testing recommendations

What We're Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance and testing.
• Strong proficiency in writing and executing test cases and test scripts.
• Solid experience in API Testing (REST / SOAP) using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Working knowledge of MS SQL for data validation and backend testing.
• Familiarity with basic test automation concepts and tools.
• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, Test Design Techniques, and SDLC (Waterfall & Agile).
• Experience in creating Master Test Plans and Test Effort Estimations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility in shifting schedules, extended working hours, and travel readiness.
• ISTQB certification is a plus but not required.
