Core responsibilities
Business development : Identify potential clients and generate new leads through methods like cold calling.
Client management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business. This often involves identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products and services.
Sales and negotiation : Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, explaining features and benefits to meet their specific needs. This also includes negotiating pricing and contract terms.
Sales administration : Process customer orders, prepare sales agreements and contracts, and coordinate with internal departments for delivery and installation.
Reporting : Track sales activities, provide status reports, and keep management informed of market trends and competitor activities.
Product knowledge : Stay informed about new products, market activities, and industry trends to remain competitive and offer the best solutions
