Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Channel Manager to join our team in the Philippines. The role will focus on managing and developing relationships with payment partners, ensuring smooth operations across multiple channels, and supporting business growth through effective channel management.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage relationships with local payment service providers, including GCash, Maya, and major banks.
Monitor and optimize payment channel performance to ensure reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, product, finance) to resolve payment-related issues.
Assist in the onboarding of new payment channels and support integration processes.
Conduct regular reporting and analysis on payment channel performance and trends.
Support compliance with local regulations and company policies related to payment channels.
Identify opportunities to improve channel efficiency and enhance user payment experiences.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in payment operations, fintech, banking, or channel management.
Familiarity with local payment platforms (GCash, Maya, etc.) and traditional banking payment channels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred :
Experience in fintech, e-wallets, or financial services industry.
Basic understanding of payment compliance and risk management.
