35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 7 : 00 AM to 10 : 00 AM and from 3 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 PM EST North Carolina, USA time - Flexible.

Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive & Operations Assistant to support daily business operations, marketing activities, and client communications. This role blends administrative coordination with creative content support, helping streamline workflows, manage digital platforms, and maintain a consistent brand presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Support
Design and schedule 2–3 social media posts per week using Canva across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Edit and upload 2 YouTube videos per week, including titles, descriptions, and SEO tags.
Create short-form clips (Reels or Shorts) and thumbnails for each video.
Upload and format 5–7 blog posts weekly, optimizing for SEO and readability.
Assist in preparing and scheduling newsletters through CRM software.
Admin & Operations
Monitor and organize email inbox daily, drafting responses and managing scheduling.
Maintain task lists, project updates, and SOPs in ClickUp.
Organize files and ensure consistent folder structures across Google Drive and internal systems.
Support in documentation, report creation, and process optimization.
Client & Community Support
Follow up with clients to confirm session preparation and deliverables.
Support client accountability tracking and coordinate with leadership on updates.
Engage with the online member community — welcoming new members, promoting discussions, and sharing resources.
Reporting & Insights
Compile weekly reports on content performance, engagement, and lead activity.
Generate summaries of CRM and automation data to identify trends and improvements.
Maintain content and template libraries, ensuring brand consistency.
Project Support
Assist in developing digital tools, templates, and online course materials.
Participate in quarterly planning by organizing strategic documents and initiatives
Requirements
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, ClickUp (or other project management tools), and Canva.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Go High Level is an advantage.
Video editing experience using DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.
Basic knowledge of SEO, content scheduling, and analytics reporting.
Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ability to work independently.
