Job descriptionAssist customers with product demonstrations and technical inquiries. Perform basic troubleshooting and recommend solutions for devices. Provide after-sales support, repairs, and technical guidance. Work with the sales team to meet customer needs and store sales goals. Maintain accurate service records and handle tools / equipment properly. Stay updated on the latest product features and technology trends.
Job Description :
As a Sales Technician, you’ll be the in-store expert for technical support and gadget care. You’ll assist customers with product demos, perform troubleshooting, and provide after-sales service to ensure the best experience with their devices.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of BS Information Technology or any related course.
- Previous experience in technical service or electronics is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Work Location : NCR
