Job Summary :
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our content moderation account. In this role, you will review user-generated content, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure platform guidelines are followed to maintain a safe and positive online environment.
Responsibilities :
Review, evaluate, and moderate user content according to platform policies.
Handle customer reports, questions, and concerns via chat, email, or phone.
Escalate sensitive or complex cases when needed.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with moderation standards.
Meet quality, productivity, and response-time targets.
Qualifications :
Previous customer service or content moderation experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stay objective when handling sensitive content.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
