Responsibilities

• Draft and reviews contracts (e.g. Contract to Sell, Deed of Absolute Sale, Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate, Easement Agreements).
• Review due diligence requirements and ensure that land legal-related documents are proper and complete.
• Assist various departments in troubleshooting legal issues and recommend the best possible course of action with prevailing laws and jurisprudence as the basis thereof.
• Communicate with internal and external parties in contracts to properly explain the rights and obligations imposed by such legal instruments.
• Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations promulgated by such entities.
• Study relevant laws and ordinances and recommend possible actionable items to the team and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of all activities within the company.
