Responsibilities :
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, operations, or project teams.
Install, configure, test, and maintain equipment, software, or systems based on technical specifications.
Analyze and resolve hardware, software, or system issues promptly.
Assist in the design, development, and improvement of technical solutions or products.
Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and reports as required.
Required Skills :
Experience in CCTV, IT or other related telecommunicate and security industry is preferred.
Good communication skills and excellent customer service skills are needed.
In depth knowledge of sniff, NSOM, software upgrade.
Good English verbal and written skills.
Be ready to business travel.
Strong passion and positive work attitude

Working Set-up : Onsite
