Role Summary
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles. You will source, screen, and engage candidates, while collaborating with hiring managers and technical interviewers to ensure an excellent candidate and client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management).
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers / technical interviewers.
Provide timely feedback and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Ensure a strong talent pipeline for recurring and urgent technical roles.
Stay updated with IT / tech industry trends, job market insights, and emerging skills in demand.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in IT / Technical Recruitment (agency or in-house).
Solid understanding of technical roles (e.g., software developers, QA testers, systems admins, cloud engineers, etc.) and ability to discuss technical skills with candidates.
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social sourcing, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, IT, or related field preferred.
Willing to work onsite or hybrid in Makati.
Nice to Have
Experience in fast-paced IT staffing or consulting environment.
Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
Network of IT professionals in the Philippines market.
