About the Program :

The ASG Developer Residency Program is a two-year, fully funded, stipend-supported training-to-hire pathway for aspiring software developers in the Philippines. Residents will undergo structured, hands-on training that bridges the gap between learning and professional software development — preparing them for long-term employment opportunities within ASG.

This program is ideal for self-taught or formally trained developers who are ready to fully commit to professional growth in a fast-paced, mentor-supported environment.

Residents will work closely with ASG’s engineering team to gain direct experience in :

• Building, debugging, and optimizing real-world applications
• Collaborating in remote development environments using modern tools and workflows
• Applying automation and AI-assisted development techniques
• Participating in code reviews, stand-ups, and project sprints
• Developing production-level systems using React, Node.js, and other technologies

Successful participants will be considered for full-time developer positions at ASG upon completion of the program.
