IT Support Associates are responsible of providing user-facing support both in person and remotely based on support tickets received and logged in the organization's ticketing system.
Associates are also responsible of supporting engineering teams with setting up and troubleshooting systems on the ground.
They provide technical support to all employees within the organization for both software and hardware related problems reported through our IT ticketing system and other support channels.
Additionally, an IT Support Associate is responsible of setting up new equipment and support engineering teams in setting up / maintaining equipment on-site Essential Functions 1.
Should be able to handle basic and routine IT Support tasks.

Should efficiently diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported 3.
Should be able to provide first level of basic support on software and hardware 4.
Should be able to work with various internal teams such as Operations, Workforce, MIS, etc.
