We are seeking a detail oriented and resourceful Marketing Intern to join our Business Development and Marketing team at MHI Group of Companies. This internship offers valuable real-world experience in managing multiple brand platforms and creating high-quality content and engagement strategies across all companies under MHI.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and define the target audience for each brand to align social media strategies with business goals
- Audit and assess current social media platforms to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Research and interpret engagement metrics to evaluate the performance of past content and campaigns
- Assist in the development, planning, and execution of creative and data-driven social media campaigns
- Create and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting across platforms
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of engagement strategies and suggest optimizations
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Engineering, Tourism, Creative Writing, or a related fieldPreferably Academic Internships. Willing to sign required Memorandum of Agreements and Internship Plans.Able to commit a minimum of 200 internship hours and work on-site in BGC, Taguig CityStrong interest in marketing with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook and LinkedInAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalismPrevious marketing experience or relevant coursework is a plus, but not requiredBenefits :
