Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of 15-20 Account Executives
- Drive aggressive new customer acquisition with a focus on hunting
- Balance sales leadership and direct sales contribution
- Own pipeline development, deal closures, and revenue targets
- Collaborate with regional leadership in Kuala Lumpur
- Execute both hunting and farming motions, with strong emphasis on hunting
The Successful Applicant
- Proven track record in tech sales, ideally SaaS, e-commerce, or digital platforms
- Experience leading sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong account management and deal-closing abilities
- Comfortable with monthly-driven sales cycles
- Hands-on seller, dynamic, growth-oriented, and target-driven
