Responsibilities
- Manage, sell, and promote inventories of all FLI projects.
- Develop effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into prospective clients.
- Establish and maintain a strong local network while meeting sales quotas.
- Ensure the quality of accounts, including requirements and documentation.
- Oversee all sales activities and monitor the productivity and performance of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
- Support sales managers in recruiting quality sales consultants.
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4-year course.More than 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.A minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.Must have an existing team of at least 3-5 Sales Managers with 5 real estate salespersons upon joining.Strong understanding of the local real estate market.Excellent communication and presentation skills.A Real Estate Broker's License is an advantage.Seniority level
