Python Developer (Hybrid)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Python Developer who can design, develop, and optimize applications that integrate with ERP, logistics, and data platforms. The role involves close collaboration with IT, operations, and business process teams to automate workflows and improve system interoperability across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and APIs that integrate with ERP and business systems.

Build and support data automation and ETL processes across enterprise applications.

Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to turn requirements into scalable solutions.

Ensure code quality, security, and performance through proper testing and documentation.

Participate in system design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support digital transformation projects involving cloud technologies, API management, and analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Python development within enterprise or logistics environments.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Flask or FastAPI, and SQL / NoSQL databases.

Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365) is a strong advantage.

Knowledge of data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory or Power Automate preferred.

Proficient with version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
