Job Purpose : Oversee the company’s financial health through strategic planning, financial analysis, budgeting, financial operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Strategy and Planning : Develop and implement long‑term financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis : Ensure accurate and timely financial reports are generated; perform in‑depth analysis of financial statements and business performance.
• Risk Management : Identify and manage financial risks to safeguard the company's assets.
• Compliance : Ensure the company complies with all legal and regulatory financial practices.
• Performance Monitoring : Continuously monitor and analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and drive growth.
• Team Leadership : Oversee and manage the finance and accounting departments, including coaching and developing staff.
• Stakeholder Communication : Present financial statistics, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and other senior executives.
• Investment Evaluation : Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to support business objectives.
