Position: German Speaking Customer Support
Industry: Lifestyle Management Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting with 2 days off per week
Work Setup: Temporary Work from Home setup until further notice
Requirements:
Filipino National that can speak, read and write German
Must have B2 level Certificate in German Language
Open for High School and Undergraduate
Customer Service background in a BPO Company is required
Experience working in event or Travel Agency is an advantage
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for German speaking clients
Provide excellent customers service experience to clients
Attend to client’s preferences and assist them through ticket bookings, venue reservations and organizing events
Prioritize the client’s preferences, goal, budget in order to build a plan for the event
Coordinating with clients to discuss about the event
Supervising the set up of the event
