Technical Integration Specialist

As a Technical Integration Specialist , you will enable goFLUENT to scale by connecting systems and ensuring data integrity between the goFLUENT platform and our clients’ systems.

Products : Language Assessment, Language Academy and Client Admin Center

Main duties and responsibilities :

• Translate technical specifications into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, error-handling flows, and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, testing, and deployment of integration projects.
• Monitor production integration health (logs, alerts, incidents), perform root-cause analysis of recurring integration failures.
