Overview
Were looking for a Business Analyst who can support our financial and operational reporting needs while working closely with both business and technical teams. This role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, documenting business requirements, and helping deliver technology-driven business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze reports on sales, expenses, revenue, and key metrics.
Create and distribute monthly financial reports for management review.
Support contract performance reviews and compliance testing.
Handle inquiries from internal and external clients.
Gather, document, and update business requirements for new or existing systems.
Assess the impact of changes to business processes or systems.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and implement solutions.
Follow standard project management and system development procedures (PMF / SDLC).
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience in financial or business analysis, preferably in a financial services environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with business requirements documentation and process mapping.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and databases or reporting tools.
Good understanding of basic IT and system concepts.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
