Key Responsibilities

Appointment Management : Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time for both patients and medical staff.

Record Keeping : Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality regulations (e.g., HIPAA).

Insurance Coordination : Work with insurance companies to process claims and verify patient coverage.

Administrative Support : Perform various clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and assisting medical staff with documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Organizational Skills : Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals.

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR), and office software.

Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in patient records and billing information.
