Key Responsibilities

Record Keeping : Maintain and update patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with confidentiality regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
Insurance Coordination : Work with insurance companies to process claims and verify patient coverage.
Administrative Support : Perform various clerical tasks, such as answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and assisting medical staff with documentation.
