Project Controls Associate

Overview

Job Summary : The Project Controls Associate supports various duties related to the financial management of ongoing projects. This collaborative, detail-oriented role interacts with multiple parts of the organization and impacts daily business operations.

This position offers an opportunity to enhance operational performance, develop analytical skills, and collaborate across business functions such as operations, finance, and system transformation.

What Will You Do

• Enter customer project information into the project tracking database (Salesforce).
• Review and analyze existing data for accuracy and validity.
• Communicate with internal staff regarding issues / discrepancies and work towards resolutions.
• Maintain data governance within our system.
• Organize and consolidate information from external sources into Salesforce.
• Collaborate proactively with Operations to gather feedback and improve processes.
