About the Position :

QA Manager - Travel (Cebu) | Onsite

Start Date : Immediate

Support Type : Voice

Work Setup : Onsite in Cebu

Shift & Rest Days : 24 / 7 schedule

Educational Qualification : Completed second year of college or a college degree

Work Experience :

  • 3 to 4 years of experience as a QA Manager in a travel or telecommunications voice account
  • Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
  • Experience in direct client management
  • Experience in retail or healthcare lines of business is not required or preferred
