RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all marketing-related projects are accurately scoped, planned, and executed within timelines.
- Prepare key project documents, including project charters, work plans, and communication plans.
- Mitigate risks proactively and ensure project goals remain achievable
- Act as the main liaison between the Marketing Team, IT, and other departments.
- Follow up with IT teams to ensure timely delivery of reports and CRM-related tasks.
- Communicate and coordinate with software / system vendors on CRM and reporting requirements.
- Work closely with senior executives in a multicultural environment, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Oversee lead data flow, conversion tracking, and reporting within CRM platforms (Zoho preferred).
- Ensure accurate information is captured, validated, and disseminated across teams.
- Collaborate with IT to improve reporting processes and dashboards.
- Support inter-department initiatives involving marketing activities.
- Ensure stakeholders are updated with project progress, dependencies, and deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced in managing end-to-end marketing projects, coordinating across teams and vendors, ensuring timely CRM reporting, and aligning stakeholders through effective planning, data management, and cross-functional collaboration.
