Product Manager - Payments, fintech, banking industry

Location : Should be willing anywhere within Metro Manila

Schedule : Morning Shift

Set up : Full Time Onsite

Salary : 280,000

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of product management experience within payments, fintech, banking, or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent project management skills, including experience developing and executing comprehensive project plans.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Familiarity with prepaid card issuing, payments ecosystems, or Visa programs is highly desirable.
