We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance & Data Support Specialist to ensure the highest quality of our data and processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that our products meet industry standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Publishing & Collection Management

Ensure timely publishing of collections, including setting correct field boundaries.

Investigate and fix issues with collection status updates (switching statuses from submitted → lab confirmed → lab complete).

Support sample plan generation once the tool is finalized (future responsibility).

2. Quality Assurance & Lab Data Support

Support QA checks of lab data using QA tools.

Manage reruns of out-of-spec (OOS) samples in coordination with the lab team.

3. Compliance & Safety Tracking

Create and update HSSE documentation (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment).

Create and update Chain of Custody (COC) documentation.

Manage and update GRC tracker entries.

4. Field Support

Assist with 811 locator calls (training required for handling calls, emails, and spreadsheet updates).

Provide seasonal support in satellite imagery harvest detection by reviewing imagery and marking fields as “harvested” or “not harvested” to prepare for operations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.

At least 2 or more years of experience in data management, quality control, or related roles (preferably in an agricultural or laboratory setting).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data verification and documentation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data visualization tools.

Excellent communication and coordination skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to project-based work environments.

Familiarity with QA tools, compliance tracking systems, or HSSE documentation is a plus.

Willingness to be trained in field support tasks such as 811 locator calls and harvest detection processes.

Open to remote work opportunities, preferably on a graveyard shift schedule, and available for project-based employment with a duration of six months.
