Travel & Cruise Customer Service Representative

Urgent in need of Customer Service for TRAVEL & CRUISE Account in CEBU

Work set -up : Work onsite

Duties :

provide excellent customer service to existing clients

answer customer support calls

update client database whenever necessary

promote other products & services whenever necessary

Qualifications :

with atleast 3 months of call center experience

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.

Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Amenable to work on site
