Position Overview :

The Office-Based Sales Staff is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, promoting products / services, and providing excellent support to clients through office-based operations (calls, emails, or walk-ins). This role requires good communication skills, sales ability, and customer service

focus.

Key Responsibilities :

 Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers

 Promote and explain products / services to clients clearly and persuasively

 Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist in documentation

 Maintain accurate sales records and reports

 Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, accounting, customer service) to ensure smooth transactions

 Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Provide after-sales support and maintain customer relationships

Qualifications :

 At least 1 year working experience in sales, customer service, or related role

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Computer literate (MS Office)

 Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and proactive

 Graduate of bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Work Schedule : MONDAY to SATURDAY 8 : 00 A.M. TO 5 : 00 P.M.
