About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin to join our team. The HR Admin will support the HR department in ensuring smooth daily operations, assisting with employee-related processes, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality, and a passion for people management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process (posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews).
Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Handle general administrative tasks related to HR and office operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Admin, HR Assistant, or similar role is an advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
