We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our HR team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the end-to-end hiring process and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition in the global market. This internship is ideal for someone interested in building a career in HR or recruitment especially in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
What You Will Do
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social mediaScreen CV / resumes / portfolios and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirementsStudy the different talent markets across Asia, Europe, and the Americas and identify hiring strategies with the rest of the HR teamSchedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackersAssist in employer branding initiatives such as career page updates and social media postsCommunicate professionally with candidates and provide timely updatesSupport the HR team in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, or mass hiring drivesConduct initial HR screening calls (as applicable)Contribute to HR strategy and process improvementsProvide general HR support as neededWhat We Need
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduateStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationProficiency in Google WorkspaceKeen attention to detailProactive and willing to take initiativeAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentPositive attitude and eagerness to learnMust be based in the PhilippinesWhy You'll Love Working Here
