Location : Remote - Philippines
Work Schedule : 3 : 00pm - 10pm (PH time) | UK Timezone
- Training Period (First 2 Months) : 7 : 00am – 3 : 00pm (PH Time)
- Official Working Schedule : 3 : 00pm - 10pm (PH time)
- 3 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 PM (PH Time) : Coordination with internal teams, sales emails, new account set-up, and admin tasks.
- 4 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM (PH Time) : Engage with UK clients, conduct calls, product demos, and training.
- Occasional collaboration with AU / NZ teams depending on market assignments.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Accounts Administrator to join our client's growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for building client relationships, and a proven ability to identify and convert sales opportunities. You will undergo comprehensive training in customer support, sales support, software testing, documentation, and business development before focusing on driving sales primarily in the UK market.
Job Responsibilities :
Develop a strong understanding of our products / services to confidently present solutions to potential clientsManage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting proposals, negotiating, and closing dealsConduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate and convert leadsDeliver engaging product demonstrations and training sessions for prospective clientsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systemsProvide ongoing customer relationship management to ensure client satisfaction and retentionPrepare regular sales reports and updates for managementRequirements
Proven experience in sales, customer-facing roleExperience using Accounting software such as XeroExperienced with Accounts Payable and bookkeepingExperience in UK or international sales markets is advantageousBackground in software or technology-related products are advantageousProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishTarget Start Date : October 2025
