Job description

High School Graduate or College Level / Graduate

Has atleast 6mos-1 year experience in general carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and mechanical systems.

Perform general repairs, such as fixing broken locks, doors, and walls, and conduct maintenance on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems to prevent issues and ensure functionality.

Conduct routine checks and diagnostic tests on equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and troubleshoot malfunctions.

Install equipment and appliances as needed.

Adhere to safety policies and regulations, test safety systems, and properly dispose of defective parts.

Work with other team members and external contractors for larger projects or specialized repairs.
