Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Telecommunications account. The role is open to Senior High School graduates and freshers who are eager to build a career in the BPO industry. You will assist customers with inquiries, service concerns, and basic troubleshooting while delivering a friendly and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, chats, or emails from telecom customers.
Provide assistance with billing inquiries, service activation, and product information.
Help customers resolve issues with mobile, internet, or cable services.
Record and update customer information in the system accurately.
Follow standard procedures and ensure high-quality customer service.
Work with team leaders and colleagues to improve service performance.
Qualifications
Senior High School graduate or College undergraduate / graduate (any course).
No BPO experience required — training will be provided.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
Positive attitude, patience, and a willingness to learn.
