Qualifications :

At least High School (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate

With or without BPO / CSR experience (experience is an advantage)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Amenable to work on shifting schedules and onsite

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Basic computer navigation skills
