We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer who can design, build, and implement automation solutions to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver measurable business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis and Automation Design

Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to analyze existing processes and identify automation opportunities.

Design and document RPA solutions aligned with business goals and objectives.

RPA Development

Develop and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using industry-leading tools such as UiPath .

Write, test, and maintain efficient, scalable automation scripts.

Integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications in collaboration with development teams.

Quality Assurance and Testing

Conduct comprehensive testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance of automation workflows.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during development and testing phases.

Reporting, Documentation & Analysis

Produce and maintain detailed documentation for all RPA projects.

Track project tasks, milestones, and stakeholder communications.

Continuously analyze and optimize existing workflows for greater efficiency and automation potential.

Rollout and Support

Support RPA rollout across different markets, brands, and platforms.

Ensure stakeholders are updated on progress, managing risks and issues proactively.

Maintain and update daily monitoring of service deliverables and reports.

Team Collaboration & Continuous Learning

Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior developers and analysts.

Stay updated on emerging technologies in RPA, AI, and chatbots , and share best practices with the team.

Flexibly assist other team members to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.

4–6 years of relevant experience in software development, automation, or related areas.

2–4 years of hands-on RPA development experience, preferably with UiPath .

Strong expertise in workflow design, exception handling, and data manipulation .

Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) or document understanding is preferred.

Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.

UiPath Certification preferred.

Knowledge of AI / ML concepts such as NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics is a plus.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document and explain technical details clearly.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, patterns, and technologies.
