GENERAL MANAGER

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations for Security Agency in Manila, Metro Manila. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business, including strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight. This is a full-time position based in our Manila office.

What you'll be doing

• Providing strategic leadership and direction to ensure the achievement of the company's goals and objectives
• Overseeing all operational aspects of the business, including logistics, security, and customer service
• Managing the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Leading and motivating a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to drive operational efficiency
• Representing the company in external meetings and negotiations with key stakeholders
• Continually seeking opportunities to improve and expand the business
