Experience : At least 1 year Team Lead experience with CSR background

Salary Range : PHP 127,000 per month

Signing Bonus : PHP 2,500

Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year Team Lead experience in a BPO setting.

Must have previous CSR or operational leadership background.

Excellent people management, coaching, and communication skills.

Willing to work onsite in Taguig and on shifting schedules.
