Accounting Clerk (Work From Home)
The company is a wholesale coffee roaster focused on superior quality and maximum customer satisfaction.
Job Description :
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk with general accounting knowledge; prior experience is preferred. Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office is required.
Key Responsibilities :
Accounts Receivable (A / R) : Invoicing and customer payments system entry.
Accounts Payable (A / P) : Bill entry.
Data Entry : Monthly charge entry for multiple company credit card statements.
Accounting System Maintenance : Updating the item list with current status, including pricing, descriptions, and SKU numbers.
Customer Credit Card Processing.
Support & Projects : Assisting the Controller and Accounting Manager with various reports and additional tasks on upcoming projects, such as :
Helping to implement a new accounting system.
Building various financial reports.
Possible customer collections, as needed.
Prior experience in an accounting role is preferred.
Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a Work From Home (WFH) setup.
Work Schedule :
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) .
