About the Role :

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team supporting a global retail and e-commerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer satisfaction, and is passionate about providing outstanding support in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email in both Spanish and English
  • Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, returns, and general service concerns
  • Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
  • Escalate issues when necessary, following proper procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge at all times

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (BPO experience preferred)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or retail support is a plus
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, and work onsite
