About the Role :
We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team supporting a global retail and e-commerce brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values customer satisfaction, and is passionate about providing outstanding support in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and email in both Spanish and English
- Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, returns, and general service concerns
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
- Escalate issues when necessary, following proper procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge at all times
Qualifications :
Fluent in Spanish and English (both verbal and written)At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role (BPO experience preferred)Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with e-commerce platforms or retail support is a plusAmenable to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, and work onsiteWhat We Offer :
