We are seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Head with 57 years of proven experience in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, fintech, or timekeeping solutions. This role requires both a hunter mentality to win new business and a builder mindset to shape the companys sales strategy, lead a team, and scale operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, serving as both a leader and player-coach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Track performance metrics and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications
57 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, HR tech, payroll, fintech, or timekeeping solutions.Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders.Experience in mentoring or managing a sales team, with the ability to thrive in a player-coach role.Startup or scale-up experience preferred; resilient and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
