The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in managing real estate closings and title work , not just support roles within real estate management companies.

• Handle all aspects of the title processing cycle for real estate transactions
• Review contracts, title commitments, closing disclosures, and related documentation
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents to gather necessary documents
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with all legal and procedural requirements
• Prepare files for closing and ensure timely submission of all paperwork
• Communicate professionally and promptly with all parties involved in the transaction
• Track deadlines and update transaction statuses throughout the process
• Maintain organized digital records of all transaction documents
