We’re looking for an Executive Assistant (Product & Growth) to support a founder working across design, product, and technology ventures.
You’ll manage day-to-day operations while also helping with product feedback, light creative tasks, and strategic outreach. This is not a typical administrative role — you’ll be hands-on with projects, able to think critically, troubleshoot on the fly, and translate fast-moving ideas into action.

What You’ll Work On
Executive & Operational Support
Manage calendars, meetings, and task lists across multiple projectsHandle administrative details like travel, document organization, and follow-upsTake 2–3 minute voice notes or briefs and turn them into structured, actionable tasksAnticipate needs, ask clarifying questions, and manage priorities without needing heavy supervisionProduct & Creative Assistance
Review and test product flows as a real user , providing detailed feedback on usability and clarityIdentify what’s confusing, what works well, and where the experience could improveCreate simple visuals, slides, or marketing materials using Canva or similar toolsCollaborate on light research, competitor analysis, and user feedback summariesGrowth & Outreach
Support LinkedIn research and outreach for growth or partnership opportunitiesManage prospect lists, submissions, and tracking systemsDraft short messages or email templates that align with brand tone and goalsHelp evaluate and organize external vendor or agency contactsTechnical & AI Operations
Use modern tools like Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT to organize and streamline workflowsTroubleshoot small technical issues — reset passwords, manage shared accounts, and set up new tools when neededSuggest process improvements or automations to keep things running efficientlyWhat You Bring
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Creative AssistantStrong communication skills — both written and verbalExperience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or business development researchA good eye for design and marketing , with experience using Canva or similar toolsComfort using and learning AI tools , web platforms, and productivity softwareProactive problem-solving ability and strong attention to detailThe ability to take initiative, clarify expectations, and deliver without heavy handholdingNice to Have
