Accounting Manager (Taguig / Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

• Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns (VAT, income tax, withholding taxes) and other government obligations.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government agencies.
• Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and PFRS compliance.
• Supervise GL, AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and month- / year-end closings.
• Prepare supporting schedules for audits and inspections.
• Monitor PEZA / BOI incentive compliance.
• Lead internal controls implementation and evaluation.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage and mentor the accounting team.
• Perform general administrative tasks.
