About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions is seeking an experienced ESL Teacher to join our growing team. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for providing engaging and effective English language instruction to Trainees. This is a full-time role based in Davao City, Davao del Sur.

What we're looking for

Atleast 1 year of experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) in a classroom setting

Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students

Experience in lesson planning, curriculum development, and using a variety of teaching methodologies

Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital tools to enhance the learning experience

A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in English, Education, or a related field

A professional, patient, and enthusiastic approach to teaching
